Britt originally came to yoga as a source of physical training for ski racing. A major injury ended her competitive career and spurred the need for a healing practice that eventually led her to teacher training in Rishikesh, India in 2010.

Ever since, Britt has been teaching lighthearted, fun, flowing classes that will leave you feeling better than when you walked in. No two classes are ever the same, but they will always emphasize proper alignment, breath work, and a holistic mindset. Britt has lived off and on in Truckee for 10 years and also works as a massage therapist and downhill ski coach. When she has a day off you’ll find her skiing, climbing, biking, or right next to you in yoga class.
